Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Chaski eSIM, operated by Lucas Hammons, sole proprietor, d/b/a Chaski eSIM ("we"), collects and uses personal data when you visit chaskisim.com or buy an eSIM.

1. Data we collect

Email address — to deliver your eSIM, send your receipt and order updates, and provide support.
Order details — plan, quantity, price, date, order ID and eSIM identifiers (such as ICCID and activation code) needed to deliver and support your eSIM.
Payment information — handled by Stripe. We receive limited details (e.g. payment status, card brand, last four digits, country) but never your full card number.
Messages you send us (email, WhatsApp) and basic technical data (IP address, browser type) in server logs.

2. How we use it

To process and deliver orders, provide support, prevent fraud, meet legal and tax obligations, and—only if you opt in—send occasional news or offers. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Who we share it with

Stripe (payments) — see Stripe's privacy policy.
Our eSIM network partner, to issue and activate your eSIM.
Our email delivery and hosting providers, to send messages and run the site.
Authorities, where required by law.

These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States.

4. How long we keep it

We keep order records, including your email, for as long as needed to deliver and support your eSIM and to meet accounting and tax requirements (3 years), then delete or anonymize them.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under Peru's Law No. 29733, the EU/UK GDPR, or California law), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the use of your data, or to withdraw consent. Email hola@chaskisim.com and we will respond within the time required by law.

6. Cookies

We use only cookies needed for the site and checkout to work (including Stripe's). [Update this section if analytics or marketing tools are added.]

7. Security

We use reasonable technical measures to protect your data, such as HTTPS and secret order links, but no system is completely secure.

8. Children

Our service is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
